About The Position

We’re looking for a product-minded AI Engineering Intern to help build and improve production AI agents that reduce manual work across internal teams. This is a hands-on engineering internship: you’ll contribute code, collaborate with stakeholders on real workflows, and help make AI systems measurable and reliable in production (not research prototypes).

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a BS/MS (CS/Software Engineering or similar) or equivalent engineering project experience.
  • Strong fundamentals (debugging, problem solving, learning mindset) and comfort working in a team (code reviews, discussions, iteration).
  • At least one of the following: deep experience with Microsoft Foundry or Claude Code (or similar) or ability to code in C#/.NET or TypeScript/React

Responsibilities

  • Help deliver AI-agent capabilities end-to-end: implement features, iterate, and support rollout/usage for internal teams.
  • Contribute to agent design patterns (tools/functions, memory/state, retrieval where applicable) and help create testable/versioned prompts.
  • Build user-facing and backend features using C#/.NET and TypeScript/React so agents are usable, safe, and fast.
  • Support deployments and operations on Azure (including Azure AI Foundry or adjacent Azure AI services), working with the team on production readiness.
  • Improve quality and reliability by contributing to success metrics, evals/test suites, and regression testing focused on reducing failure modes.

Benefits

  • Flexibility That Fits: Enjoy remote and hybrid options (role-dependent) to support work-life balance.
  • An Edge for Your Career: Access tools, resources, and training designed to help great talent become even stronger.
  • Advancement Opportunities: Take on new opportunities to expand your skills and grow.
