Job Summary Investigate AI technologies for cameras mounted on drone platforms. Provide a taxonomy on the current solutions, key areas of research, companies, universities developing technologies for drone cameras.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a computer science, software engineering degree with a focus on AI and / or computer vision.
• The role requires a willingness to learn, attention to detail, and basic organizational skills.
• The intern should demonstrate the ability to work independently with creative, structured thought.

Nice To Haves

• Prior academic, project, or internship exposure is an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Research current AI solutions augmenting drone camera performance
• Create an overview of the market and available solutions (3rd party companies, universities, open source, etc.)
• Identify COTS solutions for AI
• Identify the requirements necessary to integrate an AI solution
• Create a strategy for implementing an AI solution
