About The Position

Microsoft is hiring a Software Engineer for its Specialized Clouds Power Platform team to build, deploy, and operate Power Automate services in air-gapped and sovereign cloud environments. The role focuses on distributed systems and delivering Power Platform capabilities in isolated environments, working with Public Cloud teams to bring features to parity while meeting the security, compliance, reliability, and operational requirements of sovereign deployments. The position combines software engineering and site reliability engineering. The engineer takes ownership of design, implementation, live-site operations, and continuous improvement, and contributes to automation, observability, operational maturity, and continuous learning. The team uses modern engineering practices, including approved AI-assisted tools and Microsoft Copilot, responsibly and in accordance with security and compliance requirements.
