About The Position

The Software Engineering Enablement Manager leads software and DevOps engineers and advances shared engineering capabilities that help development teams deliver secure, scalable, maintainable, high-quality solutions. The role combines people leadership with hands-on software engineering and technical direction for reusable software libraries, engineering standards, developer enablement, and AI-assisted development. The manager works with engineering, architecture, security, product, and delivery leaders to establish practical standards and support consistent adoption across global delivery locations. This position provides technical leadership across the design, coding, review, testing, maintenance, and lifecycle management of shared software components, particularly in .NET and React ecosystems. It sets direction for the strategy, roadmap, contribution model, quality expectations, releases, documentation, and adoption of shared libraries. It also advances engineering and DevOps practices, including responsible AI-assisted development, automation, engineering metrics, and continuous improvement. The position is hybrid in most cases: team members are aligned to an RSM office and meet in person when it supports client work, teams, development, or relationships. Limited travel is expected. The role may require additional availability during significant releases, production issues, or time-sensitive initiatives, and occasional meetings outside standard local business hours for global collaboration. Compensation range: $126,500–$223,900. The successful candidate may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance. RSM describes its benefits and compensation package as competitive; further benefits information is provided through its careers website.
