About The Position

The Software Engineering Enablement Manager leads software and DevOps engineers and advances shared engineering capabilities that help development teams deliver secure, scalable, maintainable, and high-quality solutions. The role combines people leadership with hands-on software engineering and technical direction for reusable software libraries, engineering standards, developer enablement, and AI-assisted development. The manager collaborates with engineering, architecture, security, product, and delivery leaders to establish practical standards and enable consistent adoption across global delivery locations. The role may involve limited travel, additional availability during significant releases, production issues, or time-sensitive engineering initiatives, and occasional meetings outside standard local business hours to support global collaboration. RSM describes most roles as hybrid, with team members aligned to an RSM office and meeting in person when appropriate; some roles may be virtual or primarily on-site based on role requirements, team priorities, and client needs.
