About The Position

Our team builds scalable, high-impact digital solutions that power daily operations across club locations. We develop platforms that help associates and managers manage day-to-day work, gain visibility into performance, and leverage data-driven insights to improve sales and operational efficiency. Our work directly supports frontline teams and improves both operational execution and member satisfaction at scale. Immigration support is Not available for this role.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
• 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

Nice To Haves

• Python and PySpark knowledge is a plus.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 1 year's experience in software engineering or related area.
• Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into scalable solutions, write high-quality code, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver insights that challenge the status quo.
• Support the business by addressing technical feasibility, implementation strategies, system implications, and guiding users to appropriate resources.
• Troubleshoot production issues through root cause analysis, action planning, resolution execution, and comprehensive documentation.
• Apply current expertise to improve action plans, align with business goals, and advocate best practices.
• Build stakeholder partnerships, implement business solutions, adapt to change, and ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and standards.
• Develop high-performance, scalable big data ETL solutions.
