About The Position

Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position. Responsibilities: Implement the sms chat channel for Zoom Contact Center. Assess the task from PM/UX and give feedback from a technical perspective. Perform DB/Architecture design. Implement test scripts for backend API. Troubleshoot production issues and perform fix or enhancement. Implement scheduled call back related features. Design and implement service monitoring system.

Requirements

• Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Management and Systems, a related field, or a foreign degree equivalent.
• Must have 1 year of experience in job offered or related occupation.
• Must have 1 year of experience in Core Java; Java sprint Boot; AWS - Amazon Web Service; Restful API; Microservice Framework; Kubernetes; Database SQL; and Python.
