About The Position

Make system health easier to see and act on. Build Zabbix templates and dashboards that help infrastructure teams spot issues and keep services dependable. The mission is to support secure mission systems through software engineering, infrastructure integration, networking and dependable operational services.

Requirements

• 14 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college or university
• Zabbix development
• Scripting experience, including Python or Java
• Linux user experience
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance
• Must live within commuting distance of Columbia, MD

• Other monitoring tool configuration or development
• General scripting

Responsibilities

• Develop monitoring templates for hardware, certificates and application processes
• Create and refine Zabbix dashboards
• Assist administration and networking teams with agent deployments
• Work from a Jira request queue
• Participate in team meetings and troubleshoot monitoring
