About The Position

Our team includes professionals with deep expertise in Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Technology. We specialize in digital transformation, AI enablement, and strategic consulting. This is a full-time hybrid role for a Software Engineer located in Denver, CO, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Software Engineer will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining software applications to support the business needs. Daily tasks include writing code, debugging software, conducting peer reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and implement business requirements. The role also involves participating in project planning, requirement analysis, and ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

Requirements

• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Business Analysis
• Solid understanding of Business Process and ability to gather Business Requirements
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience in software development and programming languages (Python, Javascript)
• Familiarity with modern development tools and CI/CD processes
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
