The Software Engineer is essential for designing, implementing, and deploying scalable software solutions that meet customer requirements and support high availability environments. Requirements

2-4+ years Technical engineering experience.
Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science or Engineering
TypeScript proficiency
Front-end development for high-availability, high-traffic applications
Experience with commerce systems and e-commerce platforms
Svelte or Alpine.js component development
REST and GraphQL API integration
Node.js (API layer/server-side)
End-to-end testing with Playwright
GitLab CI/CD pipelines and Git version control
AI-assisted development using Claude
CLI and applied prompt engineering
Communication
Customer Service
Analytics
Technical Writing
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Develop software solutions that support engineering projects and meet customer requirements
Collaborate with technical teams to deliver effective technical solutions and continuously learn new technologies
Create clear documentation for software code, system designs, and business requirements
Contribute to technology strategy by understanding current technologies and supporting business goals
Present innovative ideas to improve systems, processes, or services based on industry research
Build and maintain front-end and full-stack features for customer-facing commerce experiences, including purchase flows, cart, and checkout
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
