About The Position

As a Software Engineer, you’ll join our team to plan, build and deliver enterprise software solutions for our clients. You’ll collaborate with teammates (technical and non-technical), learn quickly, take on new responsibilities, and deepen your engineering skills. Ownership, good communication and a growth mindset are key.

Requirements

Around 3 years of experience as a software engineer or developer, ideally with several recent projects in modern programming languages such as Python, C#, GoLang, JavaScript/TypeScript or Java
A bachelor’s degree, college diploma or equivalent experience in a software-related field
Comfortable working in French and English
Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn
Interest in both front-end and back-end development
Proficient with Full-stack web development (front-end + back-end)
Proficient with Modern client-side framework or library (React, Angular, Svelte, etc.)
Proficient with Development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
Proficient with Generative AI-assisted Development (Github Copilot, Windsurf, Cursor, etc.)
Proficient with Writing automated tests (unit, integration)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines

Nice To Haves

Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Containerization / virtualization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Mobile app development
Microservices architecture
Domain-Driven Design or other advanced design patterns

Responsibilities

Develop software according to specifications (SRS, interface designs)
Work as part of a team: participate in code reviews, pair programming, collaborative problem solving
Contribute ideas and improvements to the development process and stack
Write tests and participate in ensuring quality (unit tests, functional tests)
Assist with estimations, task planning and time management
Continuously learn new tools, frameworks and practices, and share your learnings with the team
