About The Position

Madhive is hiring an early-career Software Engineer for its Financial Systems Engineering team to build TallyIQ, an internal finance application used by Finance, Accounting, and Revenue Operations for invoicing, adjustments, approvals, reconciliation, financial reporting, analytics, and decision support. The role spans user interfaces, APIs, backend services, financial business logic, and integrations with Madhive’s proprietary advertising platform, NetSuite, Salesforce, and BigQuery. There may also be opportunities to develop AI-powered predictive and prescriptive analytics and finance workflow automation. The engineer will work with Finance, Revenue Operations, and Product to understand business challenges, identify opportunities, and translate stakeholder needs into application features. In partnership with the manager and Product, the engineer will help shape the roadmap and carry defined features through discovery, implementation, release, and ongoing improvement. This is a hands-on role with support and opportunities to take on increasing ownership. The position reports to the Senior Software Engineering Manager for Financial Systems Engineering. It is based at Madhive’s New York City headquarters at 225 Broadway, with a hybrid model; the ideal candidate will work from the NYC office three days per week as needed for collaboration, close cycles, and planning sessions. The approximate compensation range is $120,000–$130,000, with the actual offer determined by factors including experience, skills, abilities, and internal equity.
