Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming and coding standards across multiple languages such as JavaScript, React, Java and Python.
  • Strong experience in delivering scoped features through collaborative engineering teams.
  • Proficiency in debugging, code review, and continuous integration/deployment processes.
  • Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions aligned with technical standards.
  • Experience integrating AI/ML components and leveraging generative AI tools to enhance development.
  • Skilled in translating complex business problems into actionable technical requirements.
  • Demonstrated capability in monitoring application performance and ensuring high-quality software delivery.
  • Effective collaboration and mentorship skills to support team growth and knowledge sharing.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
  • 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 1 year's experience in software engineering or related area.

Responsibilities

  • Integrate AI/ML components and leverage generative AI tools to enhance software intelligence and development velocity.
  • Participate in solution design, conduct code reviews, and ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable software aligned with platform standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and define success metrics.
  • Monitor application performance, support defect management, and maintain high-quality software systems.
  • Mentor peers, promote engineering best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
