About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking a Software Engineer for a hybrid role requiring three days onsite, supporting a global financial institution in Charlotte, NC; Pennington, NJ; or Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity in the Wealth Management Technology group. The Software Engineer will develop and deliver complex software requirements related to financial services using Microsoft .NET technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience working with UI technologies such as React JS, Angular, ASP .NET MVC, jQuery, and other client-side technologies.
• Experience working with NodeJS.
• Experience using source code and version control systems such as Bitbucket and Git.
• Experience with C# and .NET.

• Very good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of web services, REST APIs, and microservice-based architecture.
• Ability to work in an agile and fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, collaborative, and organizational skills, with the ability to work as a member of a matrix-based, diverse, and geographically distributed project team.
