About The Position

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain advanced software solutions using modern development tools, AI frameworks, and Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) and Government Off-the-Shelf (GOTS) technologies. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications, integrate third-party solutions, and ensure strong system performance, reliability, and ongoing support. The position contributes throughout the software development lifecycle, from concept through deployment, and includes work on AI-driven projects and troubleshooting complex technical issues.

Requirements

14 years of software development experience and a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or 18 years of software development experience.
TS/SCI with polygraph clearance required.

Nice To Haves

Experience developing within ERP ecosystems, AI frameworks, and COTS/GOTS development environments.
Proficiency in automated testing, version control, and agile development methodologies.
Familiarity with integrating third-party solutions and enhancing system performance.
