About The Position

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a skilled and innovative Software Engineer to design, develop, and test advanced software solutions using Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) and Government Off-the-Shelf (GOTS) technologies. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications, ensuring seamless integration and strong performance. The engineer contributes throughout the software development lifecycle, including concept, development, deployment, and ongoing support, and works on AI-driven projects and complex technical troubleshooting.

Requirements

• 14 years of software development experience and a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or 18 years of software development experience.
• TS/SCI with polygraph clearance required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience developing within ERP ecosystems, AI frameworks, and COTS/GOTS development environments.
• Proficiency in automated testing, version control, and agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with integrating third-party solutions and enhancing system performance.
