About The Position

Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position. This role involves implementing the SMS chat channel for Zoom Contact Center, assessing tasks from PM/UX and providing technical feedback, performing DB/Architecture design, implementing test scripts for backend APIs, troubleshooting production issues, implementing scheduled call back features, and designing and implementing a service monitoring system. Telecommuting work arrangement permitted: position may work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Position does not require domestic or international travel.

Requirements

• Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Management and Systems, a related field, or a foreign degree equivalent.
• Must have 1 year of experience in job offered or related occupation.
• Must have 1 year of experience in Core Java; Java sprint Boot; AWS - Amazon Web Service; Restful API; Microservice Framework; Kubernetes; Database SQL; and Python.

Responsibilities

• Implement the sms chat channel for Zoom Contact Center.
• Assess the task from PM/UX and give feedback from a technical perspective.
• Perform DB/Architecture design.
• Implement test scripts for backend API.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform fix or enhancement.
• Implement scheduled call back related features.
• Design and implement service monitoring system.
