About The Position
Snorkel AI is the frontier AI data lab, helping teams build the data and environments behind high-performing frontier and agentic AI. We combine technology with research-driven AI data development to create datasets, benchmarks, evals, and custom solutions for real-world AI systems. Founded out of the Stanford AI Lab in 2019, Snorkel works with leading AI labs and enterprises to move from better data to better outcomes. We’re excited to invest in Snorkel AI’s future by bringing on talented, high-growth new grads to the Engineering team! Working at a fast-growing startup, you’ll hit the ground running, and be responsible for delivering product features and infrastructure, reviewing code and technical designs, participating in planning, and contributing to our Engineering culture. You’ll receive mentorship and support from technical leaders, past new grad Snorkelers, and more, while also getting first-hand exposure to everything that goes into building a top-tier AI startup. You’ll build the skills needed to own projects from end-to-end, and grow as an engineer who raises the bar for impact, discipline, quality, and team growth. Requirements
- Graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field within the 18 months before your start date
- Software engineering internship focus on machine learning, data systems, or web applications at a technology company
- Experience with Python, C++, Rust, Go, or Typescript
- Excitement to grow as an engineer, communicator, culture builder, and teammate
