Requirements

  • Extensive experience in designing and delivering scalable, cloud-native software systems with AI integration.
  • Proven technical leadership in executing system-level architecture and driving operational excellence.
  • Strong proficiency in reliability engineering, DevOps, and continuous integration/continuous delivery practices.
  • Expertise in problem solving, innovation, and optimizing system performance and scalability.
  • Ability to mentor and develop engineering teams, fostering a culture of high standards and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to align cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Demonstrated ownership and sound technical judgment in delivering quality solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
  • 8 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

  • Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
