Focusing on technical strategy, reliability engineering, scalability, and cloud-native architecture, the group builds innovative solutions. Requirements

  • Extensive experience in platform engineering leadership, delivering scalable infrastructure and reusable tooling aligned with strategic roadmaps.
  • Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture and distributed system design ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
  • Strong proficiency in software development lifecycle management, including CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and incident response.
  • Demonstrated ability to architect AI/ML integrated applications using languages such as Python, Java, and C++.
  • Skilled in applying model-driven design and leveraging advanced development tools to enhance velocity and quality.
  • Effective technical leadership and mentorship fostering engineering excellence and innovation.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to engage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
  • 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

  • Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years' experience in software engineering or related area.

Responsibilities

  • Lead platform engineering efforts to deliver scalable, reusable infrastructure and tooling aligned with strategic roadmaps.
  • Architect and implement cloud-native, distributed systems ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and real-time data processing.
  • Drive full software development lifecycle across multiple teams, including coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Integrate AI/ML capabilities into software products to enhance customer and associate experiences.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineering teams, promoting best practices and innovation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and measure success through clear metrics.
  • Maintain architectural documentation and ensure alignment with long-term platform goals.
