As a Software Engineer, you will develop high-performance software for our oscilloscope platform while working at the intersection of software, hardware, and AI-driven innovation. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with hardware engineers, QA specialists, manufacturing teams, and product marketers to deliver solutions that solve real-world customer challenges. You'll have the opportunity to work on advanced embedded systems, contribute to cutting-edge measurement technologies, and leverage AI both as a development accelerator and as a feature integrated into our products. Requirements

BS or MS degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Experience developing software for embedded systems, microcontrollers, or hardware-interfacing applications.
Strong foundation in object-oriented programming and software development principles.
Experience building, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting software applications.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary engineering environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience with modern C++ development.
Understanding of digital design, electronic circuits, and electrical engineering fundamentals.
Knowledge of analog and mixed-signal circuit design.
Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes or electronic test and measurement equipment.
Familiarity with FPGA, SoC, robotics, instrumentation, or related hardware technologies.
Experience working in Windows and/or Linux development environments.
Experience with source control tools such as Git and Bitbucket.
Familiarity with engineering collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Experience using electronic lab equipment, including oscilloscopes, function generators, power supplies, spectrum analyzers, and digital multimeters.
Passion for emerging technologies, including AI-assisted software development.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain software for advanced oscilloscope platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, QA, manufacturing, and product management.
Develop software that interfaces directly with embedded systems, hardware components, and measurement technologies.
Debug and optimize software across the full product lifecycle.
Contribute to the integration of AI-enabled capabilities within development workflows and end-user product features.
Help define and implement next-generation test and measurement solutions used by engineers worldwide.
