Requirements
- Proven expertise in designing and developing scalable, cloud-native software systems with AI integration.
- Strong technical leadership skills, including architectural decision-making and system-level execution.
- Experience driving operational excellence through DevOps, CI/CD, and incident management practices.
- Ability to coach and mentor engineers, fostering continuous learning and high-quality delivery.
- Proficiency in problem solving, debugging, and ensuring software reliability and security.
- Effective collaboration skills to align cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and adapting to evolving technologies and business needs.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
- OR 8 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

- Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
- Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices and joining in creating accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
