Develop, test, and deploy production-quality services and APIs that integrate machine learning models into our current commercial lines technology platforms. As a Software Engineer, you will focus primarily on providing high quality, efficient technology solutions to business partners by crafting new software applications or modifying and/or supporting existing packaged or custom-built applications. In this capacity, you’ll code, configure, test, debug, document and maintain applications.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Java, Angular, or Python
• Hands on experience using Claude Code, GitHub Copilot Agent Mode, Cursor, or similar agentic AI technologies
• Clear communication
• SQL
• Undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems or other related degree. Technology experience or non-traditional technology certificates can be substituted for an undergraduate degree.
• One or more years of technology experience.
• Proficiency of at least one programming language such as Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, etc.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment.

Responsibilities
