About The Position

The Software Engineer will design, develop, and implement enterprise software solutions leveraging Adobe Experience Manager. This role involves solving business problems through innovation and engineering practices, participating in all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, incorporating architectural standards into application design specifications, documenting application specifications, translating technical requirements into programmed application modules, and developing or enhancing software application modules. The engineer will also identify and troubleshoot application code-related issues, take an active role in code reviews to ensure solutions align with pre-defined architectural specifications, and assist with design reviews by recommending ways to incorporate requirements into designs and information or data flows. Additionally, the role requires participation in project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts, and team members to analyze business requirements and outline proposed solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field of study.
7 years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, IT Consultant, or related occupation.
Seven (7) years of experience with Developing and maintaining Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) web applications, covering both frontend and backend components.
Six (6) years of experience with configuring Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch Dynamic Tag Management (DTM) for tracking, reporting, and integrating analytics with third-party campaign management applications.
Six (6) years of experience with Adobe Target, including building A/B and multivariate tests, implementing experience targeting, integrating with AEM and customer data platforms, and setting up goals and metrics for experience evaluation.
Experience designing and building React-based user interfaces integrated with AEM authoring and CMS environments, including development with Adobe Granite UI framework and WYSIWYG authoring tools.
Experience creating and maintaining RESTful APIs on AEM for content delivery, search, and external integrations.
Experience constructing and optimizing NoSQL queries for multi-faceted, multi-client, and multi-lingual content retrieval.
Experience configuring and optimizing indexing, taxonomy, and site hierarchy for enterprise-level, multi-client, and multi-lingual platforms.
Experience developing middleware microservices and caching layers, including Redis, for AEM applications to improve API response times.
Experience managing content export/import processes, building automated ETL workflows, and processing translation feeds using Python.
Experience implementing asset translation, localization, and personalized content delivery based on user entitlements and organizational requirements.
Experience integrating AEM with campaign management systems.
Experience configuring deployment pipelines using Adobe Cloud Manager and Jenkins.
Experience setting up and administering single sign-on (SSO), user groups, permissions, access controls.
Experience managing AEM dispatchers, including rewrite rules, caching strategies, and subdomain management.
