About The Position

At Capgemini, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative technology solutions that drive business value and enhance client experiences. You will contribute to the design, development, and continuous improvement of scalable, high-quality solutions in a dynamic and collaborative environment. We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, AWS Serverless, Microservices, and Cloud-Native Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications, building secure APIs, implementing modern cloud-native solutions on AWS, and collaborating with architects, technical leads, and product teams in an Agile environment.

Requirements

  • Backend: Node.js, Express.js, TypeScript, REST APIs, Microservices
  • Frontend: React.js, Redux/Context API, HTML5, CSS3
  • AWS: Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, EC2, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, SQS, SNS
  • DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform/CloudFormation, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CI/CD
  • Databases & Messaging: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Kafka
  • Security: OAuth2, JWT, SSO, RBAC

Nice To Haves

  • Strong experience in AWS Serverless and Cloud-Native Application Development.
  • Experience building and supporting high-volume transactional and distributed systems.
  • Knowledge of modern security frameworks and authentication mechanisms, including: OAuth 2.0 JWT SSO RBAC
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • AWS certifications such as: AWS Certified Developer Associate, AWS Solutions Architect Associate

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop backend services using Node.js, Express.js, and Microservices Architecture.
  • Build responsive and high-performance frontend applications using React.js, Redux, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Develop, maintain, and secure RESTful APIs and system integrations.
  • Create and deploy serverless applications leveraging AWS services.
  • Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka and other messaging platforms.
  • Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
  • Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and DevOps initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and participate in incident management and resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Architects, QA, and DevOps engineers.
  • Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices across teams.
