About The Position

Dynamic Sealing Technologies (DSTI) is looking to hire a full-time Software Engineer - Web Applications. Build solutions that matter. We are a technology driven, global manufacturer serving the defense, energy, and industrial markets. We're looking for a Software Engineer to build and support business critical web applications that have a direct impact across the organization. You work closely with business users and a collaborative IT team to design, develop, deploy, and continuously improve modern web solutions. Requirements

• 1-5+ Years of professional web application development experience
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP (or similar backend language)
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases
• Experience with Git and REST APIs
• Experience with modern application frameworks
• Strong problem solving and communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support modern web applications and websites
• Own applications throughout their life cycle, from development through ongoing support and improvement
• Collaborate with business teams to deliver scalable, user-focused solutions
• Develop integrations with internal and third-party systems
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in testing, code reviews, and documentation
• Troubleshoot issues, improve performance, and help drive continuous improvement
