About The Position

Design, develop and maintain applications and features for Apple Retail Engineering Affordability Platform. Implement system frameworks, test driven automation and security related features. Architect database design and message framework design for supporting system design. Build micro-services on public and private cloud platforms. Build and enhance the next generation of Apple’s IS&T Platforms and Applications. Be part of an Agile team and partake in every aspect of the product, from planning to design to implementation and documentation. Work with project managers and technical teams in a multi-functional environment to implement quality products that meet the business goals. 40 hours/week.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
• Programming Languages & Frameworks (Java, Python, SpringBoot).
• Utilizing relational and non-relational databases Oracle, Cassandra, Couchbase, MySQL,or DynamoDB.
• Working on Cloud technologies including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Building highly available, scalable, reliable distributed systems.
• Breaking down complex business flows into technical workflows and implementing them with modern architecture principles.
• Test driven development with Junits, TestNG.
• Test Automation including Performance Testing frameworks like JMeter or equivalent.
• Implementing GitOps workflow and CI/CD technologies including GitHub, ArgoCD, and Terraform.
• Utilizing industry leading security algorithms and protocols HTTP and GRPC.
