About The Position

We are a Series A, venture-backed vertical AI company transforming how home services businesses convert demand into revenue. Home services is a $500B+ industry where the majority of revenue still flows through call centers. Missed calls, slow follow-up, and operational inefficiencies create significant revenue leakage. Our AI-powered platform captures and converts every opportunity through: Real-time Voice AI that answers 100% of inbound calls, Automated outbound engagement across calls and SMS, Deep CRM integrations for scheduling and dispatch, Coaching tools and analytics for operational improvement. We have raised $37M from top-tier investors and are scaling rapidly, with strong product-market fit and accelerating ARR growth. We are hiring Product Engineers — generalist, full-stack builders who operate at the intersection of engineering, product, and real-world operational impact. This is a high-ownership role.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of software engineering experience (minimum 2 years)
• Strong full-stack background
• Experience owning product-critical features end-to-end
• Familiarity with AI systems, LLMs, or AI-assisted workflows
• Strong autonomy and product judgment
• Ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Computer Science degree (preferred from a strong program)
• Willingness to work full-time in-office in NYC
• Think like a product owner, not just a developer
• Care about impact and measurable outcomes
• Can move from backend systems to frontend UX comfortably
• Thrive in high-intensity environments
• Want real ownership in a scaling company

Responsibilities

• Own features from idea → design → implementation → launch → iteration
• Build real-time AI-driven user experiences and backend services
• Develop data workflows and system integrations
• Translate customer feedback into rapid product improvements
• Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, and GTM teams
• Maintain high standards for reliability, testing, and monitoring
• Prioritize ruthlessly in ambiguous environments
• Contribute to a fast-moving, high-velocity engineering culture
