About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and cleared Software Engineer (Principal) to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of software architecture, operating system design, and low-level software development. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with operating system internals, file I/O, system APIs, memory management, and executable program analysis. Due to federal contract requirements, United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance with a polygraph are mandatory for this position.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must have TS/SCI clearance w/ active polygraph.
• Eleven (11) years of direct/relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Strong development experience in a variety of languages (ex., java, python).
• Ability to read/understand C/C++, and Assembly (x86).
• Experience with software architecture, operating system design, compilers, and debugging.
• Comfortable working with operating system internals, low-level software development, file I/O, system APIs, memory management, and executable program analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop software solutions using various programming languages.
• Analyze and understand C/C++ and Assembly (x86) code.
• Engage in software architecture design and operating system design.
• Work with compilers and debugging tools.
• Perform low-level software development, including file I/O, system APIs, and memory management.
• Analyze executable programs.
• Conduct modeling and analytics development.
• Develop on Linux platforms.
• Utilize Virtual Machine (VM) technologies.
