About The Position

This role requires a highly skilled Network Evaluator with a Principal level of expertise. The position is for a fully cleared individual with a polygraph requirement. The job involves advanced network analysis, cybersecurity, and defense strategies, utilizing a variety of cutting-edge tools and methodologies. Due to federal contract requirements, United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance with a polygraph are mandatory.

Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must have TS/SCI clearance w/ active polygraph
  • Eleven (11) years of direct/relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university
  • Strong networking knowledge (Cisco, Juniper, & Arista devices and protocols)
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with computer network defense
  • Experience with vulnerability assessment
  • Experience with incident response
  • Experience with packet analysis
  • Experience with SIEM technologies
  • Experience with cybersecurity analysis
  • Experience researching system vulnerabilities and developing mitigation strategies
  • Practical experience with Splunk and Elastic

Responsibilities

  • Analyze network traffic and identify security threats.
  • Perform cybersecurity analysis and incident response.
  • Utilize SIEM technologies for threat detection and analysis.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Research system vulnerabilities.
  • Apply Network Defense Integrity (NDI) Methodology.
  • Engage in digital forensics.
  • Work with intrusion detection systems.
  • Utilize vulnerability scanning technologies.
  • Apply MITRE ATT&CK and NIST cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Develop and use scripting languages for automation and analysis.
  • Perform packet analysis using tools like Wireshark or tcpdump.
  • Utilize Splunk and Elastic for data analysis and visualization.
  • Engage in Hunt/Blue Team activities.
