About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and cleared Principal Software Engineer to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of software architecture, operating system design, compilers, and debugging. You will be working with operating system internals, low-level software development, file I/O, system APIs, memory management, and executable program analysis. Due to federal contract requirements, United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance with a polygraph are mandatory for this position.

Requirements

Must be a US Citizen.
Must have an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
Eleven (11) years of direct/relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
Strong development experience in a variety of languages (e.g., Java, Python).
Ability to read/understand C/C++, and Assembly (x86).
Experience with software architecture, operating system design, compilers, and debugging.
Comfortable working with operating system internals, low-level software development, file I/O, system APIs, memory management, and executable program analysis.

Responsibilities

Develop software in various languages including Java, Python, C/C++, and Assembly (x86).
Debug complex software issues.
Understand and analyze C/C++ and Assembly (x86) code.
Contribute to software architecture and operating system design.
Work with operating system internals, low-level software development, file I/O, system APIs, memory management, and executable program analysis.
Engage in modeling and machine learning development.
Develop analytics and work with virtual machine environments.
