Requirements

Proficient with python, C++, git, linux
Familiarity with common networking utilities
Excellent at handling ambiguous or undefined problems
Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in a multidisciplinary team and communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong portfolio of projects related to networking
Experience deploying and optimizing RF
Able to create and debug software systems: building maintainable code with good diagnostics that scale
Able to debug issues across a complicated hardware/software/real-world system

Responsibilities

Optimize communication protocols and schemas
Stress test entire network system to find operating limits
Improve network deployment and tuning techniques
Build tooling to view, diagnose, and iterate on network configuration and operation
Create tools to extract and visualize data from vehicle logs
Analyze performance of networks using RF, wifi, cellular, etc
