As a Software Engineer Lead within PNC's IT Site Reliability Engineering Center (SRC), you will be based in and work from one of PNC's IT Hubs: Denver, Colorado; Phoenix, Arizona; Cleveland, Ohio; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Birmingham, Alabama; Dallas, Texas. The SRC (Site Reliability Center) is a 24/7 operation and you will be required to participate in a on-call rotational support team which may include resolving critical systems issues during off hours. PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. - University / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities
- Creates and leads the technical design and development of software solutions.
- Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs. Prepares technical and procedural documentation required.
- Facilitates complex problem resolution.
- Provides technical guidance and support to colleagues. Reviews coding, testing, and documentation of software.
- Applies modern principles, methodologies and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.
