About The Position

You will be the Software Engineer Lead - Embedded for the Embedded Software team. Our team is responsible for delivering high‑performance embedded solutions that power critical defense and aerospace systems. As the Software Engineer Lead - Embedded you will be responsible for guiding the development of mission‑critical embedded software across multiple programs. Requirements

  • BS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering or related field
  • C++ 11 or higher
  • Embedded real-time software development
  • Hardware/Software integration & test
  • Linux OS
  • Experience leading a software development team through different phases of the software development life cycle
  • Must have the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance, must be a U.S. Citizen

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and integration of C/C++ embedded applications.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute software development activities and schedules.
  • Develop, document, test, and debug complex algorithms and logical solutions.
  • Collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Identify and resolve program errors, produce operating instructions, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
