Members apply strong technical expertise and strategic thinking to develop innovative features, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. Requirements

  • Proven expertise in object-oriented programming and Java, with strong technical acumen in platform design and API development.
  • Proven expertise in frontend programming with React and React Native
  • Experience in iterative and incremental development, continuous integration, and delivery practices.
  • Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
  • Skilled in debugging, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting complex production issues.
  • Proficient in developing and executing test cases, defect management, and quality assurance processes.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead small engineering teams, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Knowledge of generative artificial intelligence and automation scripting to enhance development efficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 2 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
  • OR 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain code ensuring compliance with coding standards and security policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues through root cause analysis and coordinated action plans.
  • Lead small engineering groups by providing guidance, documentation, and timelines to ensure project success.
  • Implement automation scripts to support continuous integration and delivery processes.
  • Monitor application performance and conduct maintenance to optimize reliability and scalability.
  • Participate in requirement analysis, test case creation, and defect management to ensure quality deliverables.
