About The Position

As a Software Engineer III, you will lead the design and development of scalable software solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams including product management and user experience. You will troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective resolutions to enhance system performance. This role involves coding, testing, and deployment while ensuring adherence to quality and security standards. You will provide technical guidance to peers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, driving innovation and delivering high-value solutions aligned with business objectives. Requirements

  • Experience designing and building software using Java and object oriented programming
  • Strong skills in API design, platform development, and component services
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and deliver effective solutions
  • Experience working in Agile environments with iterative development practices
  • Familiarity with CI and CD pipelines and automated testing
  • Ability to write clear, well structured documentation and maintain coding standards
  • Experience working across teams to turn business needs into technical solutions
  • Ability to support and guide engineers to deliver strong results
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 2 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
  • 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to shape technical solutions and high level designs
  • Develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure, high quality code
  • Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement fixes
  • Translate project requirements into technical deliverables and keep work on track
  • Support CI and CD processes through automation and performance monitoring
  • Guide and mentor engineers, including offshore team members
  • Document solutions and maintain clear connections across requirements, design, and testing
