As a Software Engineer III, you will lead the design and development of scalable software solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams including product management and user experience. You will troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective resolutions to enhance system performance. This role involves managing projects from requirements gathering through deployment, ensuring high-quality code and timely delivery. You will also provide technical guidance to junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, supporting the company’s commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and customer-focused technology solutions.
