About The Position

As a Software Engineer II - Argo Applications at Frost, you will design, configure, test, implement, support, and document solutions for assigned applications across the organization. The role involves understanding and configuring systems, collaborating with others to drive design and change, and delivering effective experiences to system users. You will collaborate on and customize Argo platform solutions supporting Teller and Sales & Service operations; develop and maintain web-based functionality using JavaScript and related technologies; and design and support database solutions, integrations, and data workflows that enable business processes. You will also work with project teams and other Software Engineers, and troubleshoot and resolve defects in assigned IT systems and applications. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated ability to independently identify program issues and develop appropriate solutions, typically requiring at least 2 years of experience.
Strong working knowledge of JavaScript and modern web application development concepts.
Experience developing and supporting solutions using Microsoft SQL Server and Transact-SQL (T-SQL), including queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
Experience developing, maintaining, and supporting SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages and data integration processes.
Experience using Git for source control, version management, and collaborative software development.

Nice To Haves

Strong understanding of commonly used programming concepts, practices, and procedures.
Experience with Argo Data platforms, including Teller, Sales & Service, and/or Argo Customizer.
Experience configuring and customizing financial services or banking applications.
Familiarity with object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
Experience supporting web-based enterprise applications.
Working knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, and related Microsoft development technologies.
Experience supporting branch banking, retail banking, or customer-facing technology solutions.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Experience integrating enterprise applications and third-party systems.
