About The Position

The primary purpose of this role is to translate business requirements and functional specifications into logical program designs and deliver code modules, stable application systems, and software solutions. The role develops, configures, or modifies integrated business and enterprise application solutions across various computing environments. It works closely with stakeholders and cross-functional departments to communicate project statuses and proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of the education requirement, if applicable.
• At least 2 years of experience in software development or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience on projects implementing solutions through development life cycles (SDLC) using iterative agile development.
• At least 2 years of experience working with frontend technologies (user interface/user experience), middleware (microservices and application programming interfaces), database technologies, or DevOps.

Nice To Haves

• At least 2 years of experience writing technical documentation in a software environment and developing and implementing business systems within an organization.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and specifications into program designs, code modules, application systems, and software solutions, partnering with the product team to understand business needs and functional specifications.
• Develop, configure, or modify integrated business and enterprise application solutions by designing and coding component-based applications using various programming languages.
• Test applications using test-driven development and behavior-driven development frameworks.
• Conduct root cause analysis and participate in code reviews to identify gaps.
• Implement continuous integration and continuous delivery processes using DevOps automation processes and tools.
• Develop and publish reusable libraries to improve productivity across teams.
• Implement and maintain complex business and enterprise software solutions to support successful deployment of released applications.
• Solve difficult technical problems and ensure solutions are testable, maintainable, and efficient.
• Work with stakeholders and cross-functional departments to communicate project statuses and proposals.
