About The Position

Software maintenance and production troubleshooting have become a massive tax of engineering velocity. Resolve AI is solving this by building a transformative, truly autonomous AI Production Engineer that investigates and fixes complex system issues end-to-end. Our founders ( Spiros Xanthos and Mayank Agarwal ) are the core creators of OpenTelemetry and led Splunk Observability. They have had 2 successful exits to Splunk and VMware. We’ve raised over $190M from top-tier investors including Lightspeed, Greylock, DST, Unusual Ventures, and individual backers such as Jeff Dean (Chief Scientist, Google DeepMind), Thomas Dohmke (CEO, GitHub), Matt Garman (CEO, AWS), Reid Hoffman (Founder, LinkedIn), and Fei-Fei Li (Professor, Stanford).

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years experience doing software development
Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and React , with a track record of building scalable, maintainable, and performant applications
Strong UX instincts and ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive interfaces—especially for developer tools , observability systems, or data-heavy applications
Experience designing and building reusable component libraries or design systems
Fluency in collaborating with backend teams on APIs and performance optimization across the stack
Comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment, balancing polish and pragmatism

Responsibilities

Lead the Design and Implementation of Frontend Systems
Take full ownership of the user experience across Resolve AI’s product.
Build delightful, intuitive, and high-performance interfaces using TypeScript, React, and modern frontend tooling.
Drive Product Vision
Translate complex systems and AI capabilities into user-facing features that enable engineers to interact naturally with our AI agent.
Deliver interfaces that make powerful workflows feel simple.
Ensure Performance and Maintainability
Design scalable frontend architecture that is maintainable, performant, and responsive—especially for data-intensive visualizations and real-time interfaces.
Build With Product and Users in Mind
Collaborate closely with backend engineers, designers, and PMs.
Lead discussions on product direction and advocate for the end user.
Turn real-world pain points into elegant frontend solutions.
Iterate Quickly and Responsibly
Prototype new features rapidly and incorporate user feedback in tight development loops.
Contribute to UI quality through robust testing, accessibility, and component reuse.
