About The Position

STLabs is an AI service management platform that resolves employee requests end-to-end using a living model of the enterprise, including its people, systems, services, and policies. The Software Engineer, Agents will join the STLabs Agents team, which designs, builds, and deploys proactive AI agents to help service desks resolve requests end-to-end. The role involves building agent harnesses, tooling, and information sources; scaling agent infrastructure; shaping how people use agents for enterprise work; and evaluating and optimizing agent systems for reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency. The position is based at STLabs’ Midtown Manhattan office and requires working on-site five days a week alongside the founding team in a supportive, collaborative setting. Requirements

At least 2 years of software development experience.
