About The Position

Captivation Software is seeking a senior-level software engineer to assist with daily responsibilities in support of the mission to protect the country. The role focuses on software test development and improving the build and continuous-testing processes. The engineer will work with software and test infrastructure, including SDRs, servers, and other hardware. This position is open to direct hires only; candidates from third-party staffing or recruiting firms will not be considered.

Requirements

• Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable polygraph.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• At least 15 years of experience as a software engineer on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college or university, or four additional years of software engineering experience on projects with similar software processes in place of the degree.
• Experience with C++, along with some Python and shell scripting.
• CICD experience.
• Familiarity with SDRs, servers, and other hardware used in the customer’s test infrastructure.
