About The Position

SageCor Solutions is seeking a Software Engineer to collaborate with Product Owners, System Engineers, and Project Software Engineers to design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and sustain a mission-focused enterprise web application. This application is deployed in a containerized Kubernetes Linux environment. SageCor provides complete engineering services and full lifecycle System Engineering services in high performance computing, large data analytics, and information technologies.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph required.
• Experience using the Linux CLI and Tool Suite
• Experience developing Bash/Python scripts
• Experience developing with Python in a Linux environment
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker
• Familiar with container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes
• Experience creating Helm Charts to deploy containerized services on Kubernetes
• Experience with SQL technologies such as MySQL
• Experience with designing and implementing REST interfaces
• Experience with CI/CD principles, methodologies, and tools such as GitLab CI
• Experience with Git Source Control System

Nice To Haves

• Experience with the Django Web framework
• Experience with the Celery Task Scheduler
• Experience with NGINX
• Experience with the Atlassian Suite of Tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Experience with AI Development Tools such as Claude Code

Responsibilities
