About The Position

Captivation Software is seeking a mid-level software engineer to assist with back-end development and some UI work. The team develops solutions in support of the mission to protect the country. This is a direct-hire position; candidates from third-party staffing or recruiting firms will not be considered.

Candidates must be U.S. citizens and currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable polygraph.

Requirements

• Seven years of experience as a software engineer on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college or university; alternatively, four years of software engineering experience on projects with similar software processes may substitute for the degree.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable polygraph.
