About The Position

Develops, creates, and modifies general computer application software or specialized utility programs. Analyzes user needs and develops software solutions, designing or customizing software to optimize operational efficiency. The role designs and develops software systems according to specifications, maintains existing software, evaluates the feasibility of designs within time and cost constraints, and performs custom programming to support business needs. It also consults with other departments, coordinates software installation, monitors equipment functioning, and develops and directs software testing, validation, programming, and documentation.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least three years of related experience. Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States, and visa sponsorship is unavailable. The position is subject to ITAR requirements for U.S. person status. The stated base salary range is $70,000 to $100,000, depending on the candidate’s education, skills, and experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least three years of related experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment eligibility verification is required at hire.
• Must meet ITAR U.S. person status requirements: U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, political asylee, or refugee.

• Familiarity with PLM systems; Siemens Teamcenter is preferred, including BMIDE configuration, customization, and integration.
• Understanding of PLM data models, workflows, and lifecycle management.
• Experience integrating PLM with ERP, MES, and CAD systems.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell and Bash, and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Advanced proficiency in Java, C#, or Python, aligned with the technology stack.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP services, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and data modeling.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software systems following specifications using appropriate tools.
