About The Position

Fox Cable Network Services, LLC is hiring a Software Developer (Senior Salesforce Developer) to design, develop, and implement intelligent, data-driven Salesforce solutions that improve business efficiency and user experience across FOX divisions. The role includes bringing AI capabilities into FOX’s enterprise ecosystem by integrating Salesforce Agentforce, generative AI, and predictive analytics, and applying AI to business scenarios such as workflow automation for live event production and content operations and FOX’s internal development lifecycle. The position leads work across the software development lifecycle, from requirements and architecture through development, testing, and CI/CD deployment. It also involves producing maintainable, scalable code, mentoring junior developers, collaborating with architects, analysts, and administrators, resolving complex technical and performance issues across Salesforce organizations and integrations, and keeping current with Salesforce releases and emerging AI technologies. Telecommuting is permitted from any location in the U.S.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate Salesforce development or related experience developing and configuring in Salesforce, including experience in Salesforce AI and custom AI/ML integrations.
Two years of experience integrating with external services and using modern web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).
Knowledge of Salesforce data architecture, security, and sharing models.
Knowledge of Salesforce CI/CD pipelines and tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, or Copado.
Experience using AI-powered development tools such as Cursor IDE and GitHub Copilot.
Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.

Responsibilities

Design and develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
Architect and implement AI-driven solutions using Salesforce Agentforce, including bots, Prediction Builder, and Next Best Action, as well as external AI/ML platforms.
Integrate Salesforce with generative AI, NLP, and predictive analytics services to deliver automated workflows.
Lead the software development lifecycle, including requirements, architecture, development, testing, and CI/CD deployment.
Write scalable, maintainable code that follows Salesforce best practices and enterprise standards.
Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers, collaborating with architects, analysts, and administrators.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and performance challenges across multiple Salesforce organizations and integrations.
Monitor Salesforce releases, AI advancements, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and automation.
