•$81,700 - $134,730

About The Position

The Software Developer QA/QC independently evaluates development work completed by Software Developers and Senior Software Developers to ensure solutions meet approved requirements and MCU standards for functionality, security, performance, reliability, maintainability, documentation, and production readiness. The role reviews code and technical designs, coordinates and performs testing, validates defect remediation, and serves as a quality gate throughout the software development lifecycle while collaborating with developers, business analysts, stakeholders, and end users. The position applies QA approaches across Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies; supports User Acceptance Testing while maintaining separation between technical quality validation and business acceptance; documents quality evidence and communicates metrics and risks. It also recommends and leads continuous improvements to QA processes, coding and testing practices, documentation, and release processes. The role follows MCU procedures and regulatory compliance requirements, including BSA/AML/OFAC, maintains high ethical standards, and performs related duties or special projects as assigned.
