About The Position

The QA/QC Inspector ensures construction installations comply with Wire 3’s safety and quality management standards. The role supports project quality control, verifies completed work, and checks compliance with company specifications. Wire 3 provides affordable, high-speed, high-bandwidth internet using fiber optic technology and is a rapidly growing company focused on delivering reliable service and exceptional customer care.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality control issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to walk extensively, bend frequently, and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Previous experience in construction quality control or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Verify units placed by internal and external OSP placing crews.
• Identify and address construction installations that do not meet Wire 3 specifications.
• Review drawings and finalize as-builts for final records.
• Communicate project risks to the Construction Manager as they arise.
• Assist in implementing project and program plans as assigned.
• Work with Field Supervisors to assess completion and inspection-ready segments.
• Provide documentation, reports, and updates to Regional Management as directed.
• Use company tracking systems to report crew productivity and weekly job progress.
