Software Developer Intern - Summer 2027
About The Position
AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Software Developer Intern – Summer 2027 to join our Denver, CO office. This role involves collaborating with project teams and clients to design and develop web-based solutions, supporting all phases of the software development lifecycle from requirements through deployment and maintenance. The intern will develop, test, and maintain .NET web applications and API integrations, assist with requirements analysis, product planning, and solution design, and compile and analyze data, reports, and dashboards for stakeholders. Responsibilities also include monitoring application performance, providing troubleshooting and operational support, creating and maintaining technical and user documentation, and working closely with team members while continuously learning new technologies and development practices.
Requirements
- Must have completed 60 hours towards a bachelor’s degree in computer science or be enrolled in a master’s program in Information Systems from an accredited college/university by the start of the internship (Summer 2027).
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and SQL Server
- Ability to integrate and consume LLM/AI APIs using REST and JSON
Nice To Haves
- No experience is generally required if accepted into a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in a related technical field.
- Experience developing web applications using ASP.NET Razor
Responsibilities
