Software Developer Intern (2027)

Viget•Boulder, CO
•$6,000•Onsite

About The Position

At Viget, we help clients concept, design, and launch compelling digital products. As an intern, you'll experience key aspects of building a product by collaborating across discipline teams. You'll join client meetings to experience presentations and consulting firsthand. You’ll get exposure to client work and have the opportunity to contribute to internal Viget initiatives. You’ll also meet regularly with your dedicated Advisor to discuss your progress on personalized learning goals. As a software development intern, you'll develop web applications using Ruby and the Rails framework (or a similar framework in Python or Elixir). You'll build and launch several applications, starting with a simple blog and culminating with your own custom creation. You'll embrace test-driven development—that is, writing tests for all functionality before writing the code itself. You'll join in developer meetings, hack nights, and pair programming. And you’ll sit in on client meetings to experience how development expectations are defined for projects from the outset.
